As Head of Engineering, you'll own the engineering function at a pivotal moment in Exein's growth. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll take our high-performing but lean team and continue to scale our engineering organization to ship at speed and scale across a genuinely hard technical domain.

We are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to design security-focused architectures, protect our product infrastructure and maintain continuous monitoring against threats. In this role, you will build hardened system designs, implement strict identity and access management, and integrate security throughout our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Working alongside engineering teams, you will automate security measures, hunt for threats, and conduct comprehensive security assessments. We're seeking a candidate with practical cloud experience, solid incident response capabilities and strong DevSecOps background.

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our team, working on the development of secure, high-performance web applications. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces while also architecting scalable systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript to handle real-time threat telemetry and mission-critical security workflows. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver intuitive, reliable user experiences, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to key technical decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend expertise with a passion for performance, scalability, and building user-centric interfaces in complex environments.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will help shape the technical direction of our cybersecurity platform: a distributed system that secures devices and infrastructure across the physical-digital boundary, from embedded systems to the cloud. You'll lead the architecture of high-performance backend services and APIs in Rust, setting the standard for security, scalability, and reliability across the platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work in close contact with product, infrastructure, and security teams to drive key design decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to the next generation of cybersecurity products for an AI-native world. This is a foundational role. The decisions you make will directly determine what we can build and how fast we can move.
