- Structural vulnerabilities: Cataloging every CVE and vulnerability signature is unsustainable. Kernel-level enforcement doesn't need to know the attack, it only needs to know the boundary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforcement of incident reporting requirements under the Cyber Resilience Act beginning in September 2026.
- Infrastructure Hybridization: The surge in environments mixing hardware with modern edge AI. As infrastructure becomes more distributed, protection must be native to the device itself, allowing it to defend itself without needing to ask the network fo permission.
